Space Planning
Space planning is an important element of the commercial interior design process. It starts with an in-depth analysis of how the space is to be used. Our designer then draws up a plan that defines the zones of the space and the activities that will take place in those zones.

This will enable you to check very quickly if you have planned accurately, and are maximising your office space.
Step One
Email a simple sketch of your office layout to:

Please provide us with the following information:
- Room dimensions, and positioning of the doors, windows, etc.
- Size and the shape of desks you require
- Additional items; filing cabinets, cupboards, bookcases, chairs etc.
- The total number of people you need to cater for
Step Two
We will produce a 2D and 3D space plan drawing of your office which will include:
- A scaled illustration of your office
- Positioning of the doors and other key features
- Positioning and itemisation of furniture
- Suggestions for space optimisation
- Considerations for maintaining health and safety
Step Three
Once you select the range of furniture you're interested in we will send you a same-day quotation and agree a delivery and installation date that fits in with your schedule. This service includes:
- Delivery of all items to your office on any floor on the agreed date and time
- Installation and positioning of all items as per the plans
- Removal of all packaging from your premises
- A final inspection to ensure that you are completely satisfied
- A written warranty for all the products supplied and installed
